Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 September 2026 · Effective: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

TradeYantra is operated by Trimurti Systems, a sole proprietorship registered in India.

Registered address: 2nd Floor, Trimurti, Opposite Jain Society, Godhra, District Panchmahals, Gujarat 389001, India

Contact: support@tradeyantra.com

Proprietor: Jitendrakumar Suthar

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Trimurti Systems. "You" and "your" mean the person or entity using TradeYantra.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What TradeYantra is — and what it is not

2.1 TradeYantra is software. It calculates and presents data according to formulas that you define. The formulas are yours, not ours. Where we supply example strategies, they are illustrations of what the formula language can express — not recommendations to trade in any particular way.

2.2 We are not registered with SEBI in any capacity. Trimurti Systems is not a stockbroker, not a Research Analyst, not an Investment Adviser, and not a portfolio manager. Nothing in the service is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

2.3 We do not select instruments for you. TradeYantra provides no tips, no trade calls, no buy or sell signals and no stock ratings. Scanners present stocks meeting conditions you select; what to do about them is entirely your decision.

2.4 We do not trade on your behalf. No order reaches your broker unless you instruct it. On the Connected plan, orders are placed by a desktop application running on your own computer, using your own broker connection, at your explicit direction.

2.5 Every trading decision is yours, including which instruments to trade, what risk parameters to set, what formulas to write, and whether to send any order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to contract under Indian law, and hold a valid trading account with a broker we support. The service is offered for use in India.

4. Your account

4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4.2 One account is for one person. Do not share access.

4.3 Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority — raise a ticket from your account, or write to support@tradeyantra.com.

5. Broker credentials and the executor

5.1 On the Connected plan, a desktop application (the "executor") runs on your own Windows computer. Your broker API credentials are entered into it during setup and stored on that machine in the Windows Credential Manager. We do not receive, store or have any means of accessing your broker credentials.

5.2 What passes between our servers and the executor is trading instructions and their results — which stop and target orders should exist, and confirmation of what was placed.

5.3 You are responsible for the security of the computer on which the executor runs, and for your broker's own terms governing API access.

5.4 The executor acts only when you instruct it. It cannot originate a trade.

5.5 Static IP. Since April 2026 SEBI requires orders placed through a broker's API to originate from a static IP address registered with that broker. Obtaining a static IP and registering it with your broker is your responsibility, and any cost of doing so is yours. We do not provide, resell or arrange static IP addresses. Where no registered static IP is in place, your broker may reject orders sent by the executor.

5.6 This requirement does not apply to the Core plan, on which you place orders yourself through your broker's own platform.

6. Trading risk

6.1 Trading and investing in securities carries risk, including the risk of losing your capital. Past results, whether yours or anyone else's, do not indicate future results.

6.2 We make no representation or warranty of any kind that use of the service will be profitable, will avoid losses, or will produce any particular outcome.

6.3 Stop-loss and target orders rest with your broker and execute subject to market conditions, liquidity and your broker's systems. A gap, a halt, an illiquid market or a broker outage may result in execution at a price materially different from your intended level, or in no execution at all.

6.4 You may cancel or amend any order at your broker at any time. Where you do, the service may not reflect that change until its next synchronisation with your broker.

7. Data and accuracy

7.1 Market data, corporate action information, symbol master data, margin and charge rates are obtained from exchanges, your broker and other third parties. We take reasonable care, but we do not warrant that such data is accurate, complete or timely. Charge and tax figures the service computes are estimates for your information; your broker's contract note and ledger are the authoritative record.

7.2 Your account data is held on our own servers at Godhra, Gujarat, India, and the public website is served from Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region.

7.3 You are responsible for reviewing the figures the service produces before acting on them.

8. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

8.1 Plans, prices and free periods are as published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

8.2 Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details or UPI mandate.

8.3 Where you have provided a payment method, we will notify you in advance of the date and amount of any charge, and will comply with applicable Reserve Bank of India requirements for recurring payments.

8.4 You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents further charges; it does not refund the current period except as set out in our Refund Policy.

8.5 We may change prices for future periods on reasonable notice. Your current period is not affected.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

10. Intellectual property

10.1 The service, its software, design, documentation and content are owned by Trimurti Systems or its licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own trading.

10.2 Your formulas, stances, trade data and journal entries are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We do not publish, share, sell or license them, and we do not operate a strategy marketplace.

10.3 We may use aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you or your strategy to operate and improve the service.

10.4 If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, see our Notice and Takedown Policy.

11. Availability and changes

11.1 We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures, broker outages and events outside our control may interrupt it.

11.2 We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice.

12. Suspension and termination

12.1 You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

12.2 We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or other users. Except where a breach is serious or unlawful, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy.

12.3 On termination you may export your data. We retain it as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

13.2 Subject to 13.1, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

13.3 Subject to 13.1, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

13.4 The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and except as expressly stated we give no warranties, whether express or implied.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your provision of advice or services to third parties using the service.

15. Grievance redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian law, our Grievance Officer is:

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Godhra, District Panchmahals, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring proceedings elsewhere.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Where changes are material we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
