Notice and Takedown Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026 · Effective: 29 September 2026

1. Purpose

TradeYantra is operated by Trimurti Systems. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.

This policy explains how to tell us if you believe material on TradeYantra infringes your rights, what we will do about it, and how someone affected can respond.

2. What this covers

Claims that material available through TradeYantra infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights — including text, images, code, documentation, marks, or content posted by a user.

Most user content on TradeYantra is private by design. Formulas, stances, trades and journal entries are visible only to the account holder. Where user content is visible to others — for example in our member community — this policy applies to it.

3. How to send a notice

Write to legal@tradeyantra.com with the subject line "Infringement Notice" — or, if you hold a TradeYantra account, raise a ticket of type IP Notice. Either route reaches the same queue and starts the same clock. Include:

Notices missing these elements may not be actionable, and we will tell you what is needed.

Please do not send infringement notices to support@tradeyantra.com — it will delay handling.

4. What we will do

Within 36 hoursWe acknowledge your notice, as required by the IT Rules
Promptly afterWe review it. Where the claim is clear, we disable access to the material
We tell the userWhoever posted it is informed, given a copy of the notice, and given the opportunity to respond
Within 15 daysWe conclude the matter, or tell you why more time is needed

Where a claim is unclear, disputed, or appears to concern something other than intellectual property — a commercial disagreement, for instance — we may ask for more information before acting.

Removing material is not an admission that infringement occurred.

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong, write to legal@tradeyantra.com with the subject "Counter-Notice", including:

We will pass your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not pursue the matter within a reasonable period, we may restore the material.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will be suspended or terminated.

7. Misuse of this process

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement — to remove a competitor's material, or for any other improper purpose — may make you liable for damages and costs. We keep records of notices received.

8. Our own rights

The TradeYantra software, design, documentation, brand and content are the property of Trimurti Systems or its licensors. If you believe someone is infringing our rights, we would be glad to hear about it at legal@tradeyantra.com.

Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of the formulas, stances, trades or journal entries you create, and we do not publish, share, sell or license them.
